Crash folding is the process of folding a saddle stitched book down to either DL or A5, so that it can be inserted into an envelope for posting.

Maximum flat size: 420mm x 297mm

Maximum page content is dependant on number of pages and type of stock so this must be discussed with one of our team members.

Tips

Please ensure that we recieve a folding sample and full packing instructions, as all mailing houses have varying delivery and presentation requirements.
